YOU MADE AN IMPRESSION.

If you're here because someone handed you one of our cards, there was a reason.

Someone from Tijon Philadelphia noticed something in you.

Maybe it was the way you welcomed someone. The care you brought to a small interaction. Your confidence without pretense. Your warmth. Your curiosity. Or simply your ability to make people feel that they mattered.

We notice those things.

And we're building a team around them.

HOSPITALITY • CREATIVITY • CONNECTION

Tijon Philadelphia is an experiential fragrance lab where guests become perfumers—exploring fragrance, blending individual notes, and ultimately creating a signature scent that is uniquely their own.

But what guests remember won't only be the fragrance they created.

They'll remember how we made them feel.

Our team will welcome guests, guide them through the fragrance-creation experience, host celebrations and private events, introduce them to products they may love, and help turn an afternoon or evening with us into a memory worth keeping.

You don't need to know fragrance.

We can teach fragrance. We're interested in what you already bring to the room.

WHAT YOU MIGHT DO

Depending on your interests and our needs, opportunities at Tijon Philadelphia may include facilitating fragrance experiences, welcoming and assisting guests, supporting retail, helping host weddings and private or corporate events, and representing Tijon through our mobile fragrance experiences throughout the Philadelphia area.

Some opportunities may be regular part-time or full-time positions; others may be event-based or seasonal.

What they all share is a simple expectation:

Take care of people. Be curious. Bring something of yourself to the experience.

We'll teach you the rest.

NOW, LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER.

This isn't a formal job application.

It's simply a chance for you to tell us a little about yourself—and for us to continue a conversation that began when you made an impression.

YOU MADE AN IMPRESSION.
